Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Salary: Upto 20k in hand + Uncapped Incentives



Job Responsibilities:



1. Call and connect with incoming leads generated through various marketing channels.

2. Understand the needs, goals, and backgrounds of potential learners.

3. Clearly explain TopMentor's course offerings, especially in Generative Al, Data Science, and Data Analysis.

4. Build rapport and trust to drive course enrollments and achieve sales targets.

5. Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM system.
