Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



? Generate, qualify, and manage leads from multiple platforms including LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.

? Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to create campaigns that drive lead generation and engagement.

? Nurture relationships with prospective clients to convert leads into long-term customers.

? Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance, and suggest improvements for conversion optimization.

? Support the sales team by providing insights and data on potential clients and market trends.

? Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong communication with leads and clients.

? Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and client information.

? Assist in creating customer success strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.

? Utilize AI-based tools and automation platforms to improve lead generation efficiency, customer engagement, and data analysis.

Requirements:



? Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or business development.

? Proven track record of generating leads and achieving sales targets.

? Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

? Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and digital marketing channels.

? Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a dynamic startup environment.

? Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and social media teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?420,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
