Opening for Fresher for CRM Support for Turbhe(Navi Mumbai) location.

Training will be provided.

Profile: Customer Success Executive

Work Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Mandatory Criteria for fresher's:

@Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Visit client sites to understand HR processes, gather detailed business requirements, and assess system needs. Collaborate with the internal team and clients to implement HRMS platforms that align with client goals. Conduct hands-on training sessions for HR staff and provide support during the go-live phase to ensure smooth adoption. Provide on-site and remote support to troubleshoot and resolve issues post-implementation. Analyze existing HR workflows and recommend optimizations through technology and AI features. Act as a liaison between the client's HR team and our technical/product teams. Build strong relationships with clients through consistent support and communication.

Who We're Looking For:

BMS Fresher or 6 months to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, etc. Passionate about using technology to simplify and elevate HR processes. Able to effectively communicate with both HR and technical stakeholders. Comfortable analyzing data and business processes to identify improvements. Open to traveling across India for client visits, training, and on-site support. Exposure to or familiarity with any HRMS. Open mindset to learn about emerging tools in AI, automation, and digital HR transformation.

Company Policy-Salary:- Starting 3months salary will be 12500/- And next 9 months it will be 21100/- (for first year)

Written Commitment for 2.8yrs compulsory (NO document will be collected)
