As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products/services. Your role will involve building strong customer relationships, driving product adoption, addressing customer concerns, and providing overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
o Serve as the main liaison between the company and a portfolio of customers.o Onboard new clients and guide them through product training and setup.o Proactively engage with clients to ensure they're fully utilising our offerings.o Identify and address client issues promptly, working with internal teams to resolve them.o Monitor customer health metrics and take action to improve retention and satisfaction.o Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams.o Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and renewal conversations.o Support upselling and cross-selling initiatives in coordination with sales.o Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in customer success, client servicing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Empathy and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
