Job Description

:

Make Outbound calls to potential & existing customers. Handle inbound calls & respond to customer inquiries. Foster client engagement & product usage. Customer concerns need to be handled & make sure to follow up on the same to resolve. Fostering healthy client relationships. Upsell & cross-sell. Retention & churn reduction. Conduct demo sessions for clients.

Requirements:



. Minimum 1 - 2 Years of experience in Similar role

?Graduate with excellent and pleasing communication skills both verbal & written.

?Interpersonal skills.

?Ability to manage work assignments responsibly and efficiently.

?Capability to handle sales & service pressure while maintaining professionalism.

?She/He should be a conflict resolver & decision-maker.

?A Growth mindset, open to learning and development

?Good listening skills and the ability to engage with clients effectively.

Negotiation Skills

Language Preference: - English and Hindi



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
