, you will be the heart of our client experience -- ensuring every individual who signsup with Crink feels supported, understood, and guided throughout their journey. This is a full-time, onsite role at our office in Kalamassery, Kochi, where you'll work closely with consultants and product team.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring client success and happiness as the main point of contact for clients from onboarding to renewal
Identify key product features to enhance client experience
Guide clients through the Crink process with clarity, warmth, and professionalism
Take ownership of managing Customer Success metrics
Address queries, solve issues, and escalate when needed
Collect feedback and support process improvement initiatives
Assist in community engagement and client campaigns when required
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background: MBA or Engineering is preferred
Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam (In addition,Tamil/Hindi is a plus)
Technical: Good working knowledge of Excel
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to stay organized, and be responsive
Fast learner, problem solver, and willing to adapt quickly
