Job Summary:



The Customer Success Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from the company's IT products and services. The role involves building strong client relationships, resolving issues proactively, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions promptly. Understand client requirements and ensure successful adoption of IT products or services. Monitor client usage, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, and support) to resolve client issues efficiently. Conduct regular check-ins, training sessions, and review meetings with clients. Collect and analyze client feedback to improve products, services, and processes. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM systems. Proactively identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities aligned with client needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client support in the IT industry. Strong understanding of IT products, software, or services. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.

Preferred Skills:



Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot). Knowledge of SaaS products, cloud solutions, or enterprise software. Experience in conducting client onboarding, training, and adoption programs.

Pay: ₹10,062.49 - ₹33,632.98 per month
