MYDESIGNATION, the leading fashion brand, is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Success Executive (Non-Voice) at MYDESIGNATION, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' needs are met through non-voice communication channels, providing timely and helpful responses. Fluency in both Hindi and English is crucial for this role.

Major Responsibilities:



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests through social media chats, emails, and other non-voice communication channels. Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues with empathy and efficiency, striving for a positive resolution. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions. Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide solutions to customer queries. Adhere to established response time and quality metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Proven experience in a customer service role will be an advantage. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
