Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact
effectively with customers.

Basic computing knowledge, with multi-tasking & documentation skills Good knowledge in using MS office tools like excel and familiarity with any CRM tools Passion for customer service and enhancing customer experience. Ability to collaborate with different departments and work in a team environment. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of Hindi language.
