We are seeking a highly professional and target-oriented
Customer Success Executive
to manage and nurture client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, be well-versed in customer relationship management, and have hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client needs and ensure successful product/service adoption.
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Achieve monthly/quarterly customer success KPIs and targets.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a Customer Success or Client Relationship role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Goal-driven, highly professional, and customer-centric mindset.
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
