Customer Success Associate



Bangalore

We're seeking a talented Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team in Bangalore! As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be the voice of our customers, ensuring seamless experiences and driving retention.

Role :

- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs

- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

- Identify opportunities to upsell and expand customer relationships

- Contribute to the growth of our customer success strategy

Requirements

:

- 1-4 years of experience in Customer Success/Support

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Empathy, patience, and passion for creating delightful customer experiences

- Proficiency in Kannada language is a must

- Experience in startups, e-commerce, or consumer tech is a plus

- Looking for Immediate Joiner and flexible to work in Startup environment
