We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
Address customer concerns regarding orders, deliveries, refunds, and product information.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Provide timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in preparing reports related to customer queries and resolutions.
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service is a must
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English (
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
Ability to handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
Willingness to work from the office.
