Summary: We are looking for a proactive and client focused Customer Success Executive to manage onboarding, client communication, account health, and relationship management across multiple products and communication channels
Key Responsibilities Area:
-Client Onboarding & Success Management
-Handle complete client onboarding, requirement understanding, and success journey planning
-Conduct onboarding sessions product walkthroughs, and training demos
-Build trusted relationships and act as a strategic partner to clients
-Ensure smooth information transfer between tech-team, and customers
-Coordinate closely with internal teams including Development, QA, Sales, Product & Support
-Good understanding of E-commerce platforms
-Handle communication across multiple channels like Email, Calls, WhatsApp, Live Chat, Ticketing System, etc
-Flexible to work in extended hours / evening calls based on client geography & project need
-Basic knowledge of AI to optimise the quality of work.
-Excellent English communication (verbal & written) Must be clear, confident, and client facing
-Strong presentation & storytelling ability
-Data-driven mindset with logical thinking & problem solving attitude
-Experience working with international customer
-Ability to handle multiple clients & multitask efficiently
-Professional email writing, escalation handling & negotiation capability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
