Customer Success Executive
who enjoys solving problems, interacting with customers, and building long-term trust.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via
calls, emails, chat, WhatsApp, and social media
Resolve order, delivery, product, and payment-related issues
Manage customer complaints with empathy and timely follow-ups
Maintain accurate data records of interactions using CRM tools
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution
Follow CX SOPs, communication guidelines, and quality standards
Ensure high customer satisfaction and a positive brand experience
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in
Customer Support / CX (E-commerce preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
Comfortable handling customer calls, doing feedback calls and written conversations
Basic knowledge of CRM systems
Customer-centric mindset with good problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
