Actowiz Solutions -- a fast-growing data technology company (Web Data Scraping, Automation, SaaS) -- is looking for Customer Success professionals who can build strong client relationships, ensure smooth project execution, and drive long-term customer retention across global markets.
What You'll Do:
Act as the primary point of contact for global clients (US, EU, Middle East).
Manage onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support for all assigned customers.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Product, Sales).
Ensure timely delivery of services and resolve client concerns proactively.
Maintain customer health scores, feedback, and renewal status through CRM.
Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team.
Prepare client reports, documentation, and communication updates.
For Manager-level roles:
Handle key enterprise accounts
Lead CS processes and improvements
Mentor & guide Customer Success Executives
What We're Looking For:
2-7 years of experience in
Customer Success / Account Management
(IT/SaaS preferred).
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with CRMs, support tools, or ticketing systems.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver exceptional service.
Comfortable understanding technical services (data scraping, automation, APIs) and explaining them clearly.
For Manager-level: proven experience handling enterprise clients, escalations, and team coordination.
