Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively. Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communications.
Onboard new customers, ensure successful product adoption, and address their initial queries.
Understand customer needs and provide timely solutions or escalate to the technical team when required.
Maintain and track client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Collect feedback from customers to improve products, services, and processes.
Work closely with the sales and product teams to support customer requirements and identify upsell opportunities.
