Are you looking to

bridge the gap between theoretical marketing and real-world execution

? As a

Customer Success Executive

at FindStay, you'll be at the core of

user lifecycle management

-- from

lead onboarding

to

conversion tracking

and

customer retention

.

You'll learn how to

optimize touchpoints across the customer journey

, apply CRM techniques, and directly contribute to

revenue impact through repeat engagement

.

Key Responsibilities:



Onboard and educate PG owners on maximizing visibility and

lead conversion

. Proactively follow up with students/tenants to ensure

successful service delivery

. Use CRM and feedback loops to track user activity and escalate friction points. Monitor and improve

user retention rates

through personalized engagement. Share insights with the growth team to improve

onboarding workflows

and

UX friction points

. Help implement strategies to

increase LTV (Lifetime Value)

by driving recurring usage.

in a B2B2C ecosystem Understanding and improving

conversion funnels

Who Should Apply:



Recent graduates (BBA, MBA in Marketing, CRM, Strategy, or Operations) Strong communication skills in

Hindi, Punjabi

, and English Quick learner with an analytical and user-first mindset Familiarity with Google Sheets, CRM tools, and data tracking is a bonus

Compensation:



CTC:

?2.5 LPA

Fixed Salary:

?2.38 LPA (~?19,800/month)

Variable Performance Bonus:

?12,000/year (?1,000/month for lead-to-conversion KPIs)
