Ensures all customers are successfully using the product or service they've purchased from the company.
Need to be the first face for the customers and should be available to answer any in-bound questions and provide support.
Creating Excel reports showing client status as on date.
Sharing usage reports and other statistics with clients.
Updating client party data in the software for service modules.
Assisting in creating PowerPoint presentations (training will be provided).
Updating CRM and handling a few other assigned tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
