Role Overview:
We are hiring a Customer Success Coordinator (Part-Time) who can connect with our existing customers, collect feedback, and strengthen client relationships. This role is one day per week (in-office), focused on making clients feel valued and connected with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to existing customers once a week over (calls/WhatsApp/email).
Ask for feedback:
- How are sales going?
- Which products are selling well?
- Any challenges or suggestions?
- Send thank you messages/emails after conversations.
Document customer feedback and share a weekly report with management.
Spot opportunities for upselling/cross-selling based on client needs.
Act as the friendly voice of our brand, ensuring clients feel supported.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
Warm, approachable, and confident personality.
Ability to build trust and connect with clients.
Organized with good follow-up discipline.
Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or account management is a plus (but not mandatory).
Work Structure:
Part-time: 1 day per week
Calls/emails can be managed from office or remote.
Weekly summary report to be submitted.
Compensation & Perks:
Fixed part-time stipend.
