PURPOSE OF POSITION

Candidates will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints from customers.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical support and guidance to merchants regarding payment gateway integrations and functionalities.


Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to transaction failures, connectivity problems, API errors, and other payment processing anomalies.


Diagnose and resolve POS payment issues, including hardware (terminals, printers) and software (configuration, drivers) related problems.


Assist merchants with setting up and configuring payment terminals and POS systems for optimal performance.


Escalate complex technical issues to higher-tier support or engineering teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.


Document all support interactions, resolutions, and technical procedures accurately.


Educate merchants on best practices for secure and efficient payment processing.

ELIGIBILITY-

Excellent Vietnamese and English Communication and presentation skills.


Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.


Versant skills with C1 Level.


Undergrad/Graduate with minimum 6 months experience.

WORK CULTURE-

5.5 days a week with rotational offs


Rotational Shifts


Cabs available in evening and night shifts , 180RS travel allowance per day only for male employees in evening and night shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
