We are hiring Customer Success Associates (L1) to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. This role requires strong communication skills, prior international exposure, and technical support experience. As part of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical and customer support to international clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (any stream).
Minimum 1+ year of international process + technical support experience (mandatory).
Required Skills
:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Neutral accent (No MTI/RTI influence).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Customer-focused with a professional attitude.

Salary: ?32,000 CTC per month
