What You Will Do

? Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance customer relationships.

? New Account Registration: Process customer registration through Forms.

? Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns.

? Making and Sending Quotations: Prepare quotations for required articles and services.

? New Lead Generation: Communicate with leads to arranging meetings and secure new business opportunities.

? Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales coordination & operations.

? Repeat Business: Encourage and manage repeat customer sales.

? Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify additional sales opportunities.

? Lead Management: Generate and convert sales leads.

? Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively.

What We Expect of You

? Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

? 2-3 Years of Total & Relevant experience with Stability

? Experience in using CRM software or related tools is a plus. Perks & Benefits
