About the Role:
We are hiring
Customer Success Associates
for our international
voice process
team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries and technical troubleshooting over calls, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
Provide prompt technical troubleshooting and product support.
Ensure excellent communication and customer service at all times.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Collaborate with the team to achieve process targets and quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in
International Voice Process
and
Tech Support (Troubleshooting)
.
Excellent English communication
and verbal fluency are mandatory.
Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
Qualification:
Graduate or Undergraduate (both eligible).
