Customer Success Associate (CSA) builds strong client relationships, ensuring customers achieve their goals with a product/service by managing onboarding, providing support, driving adoption, and identifying growth opportunities, ultimately boosting retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement, problem-solving, and internal team collaboration, focusing on long-term value over just transactions. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact, understand client needs, and foster loyalty. Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through implementation and ensure successful product adoption. Proactive Support: Monitor accounts, identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions. Value Maximization: Help customers get the most value from the platform through regular check-ins and reviews. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and technical teams to advocate for customer needs. Feedback & Advocacy: Gather feedback to improve products and relay insights internally. Growth Opportunities: Identify upsell/cross-sell potential and contribute to retention.
