Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and outreach to potential clients to generate new insurance leads.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent and strategic prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing clear, accurate, and timely information about insurance products.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions tailored to individual or business requirements.
  • Track and report sales activities, conversion rates, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure smooth onboarding and resolution of client concerns.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and sales best practices.
  • Contribute to team goals by sharing insights, best practices, and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (freshers welcome).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital communication platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a passion for customer service and insurance solutions.
  • Willingness to work in a performance-driven, team-oriented culture with regular feedback and goal tracking.
  • Basic understanding of insurance products (life, health, general, or property & casualty) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
