Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls for Airtel Black services
Resolve customer queries and maintain call records
Shift & Days: Male - rotational shift | Female - fixed day shift (7 AM - 8 PM), 5 days
working, rotational offs Training: 40-45 days, stipend ?400/day o
Skills: Excellent communication skills required
