Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and renewals by understanding client needs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues, proactive incident communication, and smooth onboarding/migrations.
Conduct regular business reviews and performance tracking, monitoring SLAs, service uptime, and customer health metrics.
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Act as a customer advocate internally & share insights and feedback.
Maintain accurate records & reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
0-2 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management in IT, Cloud, or Data Center industries.
Strong understanding of Cloud, Colocation, Networking, and Managed Hosting services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Hands-on with CRM tools.
Ability to handle multiple accounts.
Problem-solving approach.
