About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as

Customer Success Associates

for a leading domestic process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a smooth and satisfying experience to customers by resolving queries promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound customer queries

and provide timely, accurate resolutions. Ensure a positive customer experience through excellent communication and service quality. Understand customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions. Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and quality.

RequirementsQualifications

Graduate in any field.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

(spoken & written). Must have neutral pronunciation with

no MTI or RTI

, and no grammatical errors. Strong customer handling capability and problem-solving attitude.

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates (1+ year in BPO)

are welcome. Preferred: Experience in domestic insurance processes and sales acumen.

Salary

Up to ?4.5LPA CTC
