Position Overview

We are hiring

Customer Success Associates

for a

Domestic Insurance Outbound Process

. The role involves contacting interested leads, understanding customer requirements, and advising suitable insurance products while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Contact and engage with pre-generated/inbound leads via outbound calls Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage clearly Achieve individual and team performance targets Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

Graduate from any discipline

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome Experience in insurance sales or customer handling

Skill Set Requirements

Excellent communication skills in

English and Hindi

No MTI or RTI Clear pronunciation and strong grammar Good persuasion and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge

Salary

For Freshers Rs24,000 CTC (RSs19,500 In hand) For Experienced Rs 34,000 CTC (Rs 30,000 In hand) based on experience and interview
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
