About the Role

We are hiring motivated and customer-focused individuals for the role of

Customer Success Associate

in our Insurance division (Health, Motor & Life). This is an on-site, outbound voice process requiring excellent communication skills, strong sales aptitude, and the ability to understand customer needs in a dynamic environment.

Salary Structure

Freshers:

?18000-20000 CTC

Experienced:

Up to ?,25000 CTC

Eligibility CriteriaQualification:

Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Experienced candidates:

6 months to 1 year of experience in Insurance / Sales / Customer Service (mandatory)

Fresher candidates:

Knowledge of any regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Oriya, or Assamese) is acceptable;

fluent English is mandatory

Age:

18-30 years

Language Requirements

Excellent communication skills in

English and Hindi

(mandatory) Candidates proficient in

Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam

will be preferred Neutral accent with strong grammar and clear pronunciation is required

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle outbound voice calls to potential customers for insurance products Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans (Health, Motor, Life) Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and policy details clearly Build rapport and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction Achieve assigned sales and service targets Maintain accurate CRM entries, follow-ups, and documentation Stay updated with product knowledge, industry policies, and compliance requirements

Work Schedule

Male candidates:

Rotational shifts (24x7)

Female candidates:

Day shifts (up to 8 PM)

Working Days:

6 days per week
