Roles & Responsibilities
Handle outbound calls to potential customers for domestic insurance products.
Explain insurance plans, features, benefits, and pricing clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable insurance solutions.
Build rapport and ensure excellent customer experience during every interaction.
Meet assigned sales, service, and productivity targets.
Maintain accurate CRM updates, call logs, and follow-up records.
Stay updated with product knowledge, guidelines, and insurance regulations.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred: 1 year of experience in
insurance, sales, or customer service
.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain CRM records.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (for males).
