Job Description

Shift:

Rotational (Female employees: Day shifts up to 8 PM; Male employees: Rotational shifts)

Working Days:

6 days a week

Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential customers via outbound calls

Understand customer requirements and provide tailored insurance solutions

Clearly communicate product benefits, features, and pricing

Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure a positive customer experience

Meet and exceed assigned sales and service targets

Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems

Stay updated with insurance products, industry regulations, and company offerings

Required Skillset:

Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi

Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach

Qualifications:

Graduate from any discipline

Open to both freshers and experienced candidates

Prior insurance, sales, or customer service experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
