We are hiring Customer Success Associates for our Health, Motor, and Life Insurance verticals. The

role involves reaching out to interested leads and advising them on suitable insurance products.

Candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-first approach are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound calling to potential customers interested in insurance products Understanding customer needs and offering suitable Health, Motor, or Life insurance options Ensuring a high-quality customer experience through effective communication
Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence) Clear grammar and pronunciation (English) Sales acumen and a customer-focused attitude
Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline Insurance background mandatory
Salary :

Experienced: Up to ₹40,000 CTC (based on last drawn salary)
Shift Details:

6 days working with rotational shifts

Females: Day shift (up to 8 PM) Males: Full rotational shift

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
