Job Title: Customer Success Associate
Department: Insurance - Health, Motor & Life
Location: Kharadi South Main Road, Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411014
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Rotational (Female employees: Day shifts up to 8 PM; Male employees: Rotational shifts)
Working Days: 6 days a week

Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential customers via outbound calls
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored insurance solutions
Clearly communicate product benefits, features, and pricing
Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure a positive customer experience
Meet and exceed assigned sales and service targets
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems
Stay updated with insurance products, industry regulations, and company offerings

Required Skillset:

Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
Neutral accent with no MTI/RTI
Strong command over grammar and pronunciation
Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach
Sales acumen, especially in insurance-related roles, is an advantage

Qualifications:

Graduate from any discipline
Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
Prior insurance, sales, or customer service experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?31,000.00 per month
