Key Responsibilities



Contact and advise interested leads on the most appropriate insurance plans. Build trust with customers through clear, confident, and empathetic communication. Maintain accurate call records and ensure timely follow-ups. Meet daily/weekly performance targets. Handle outbound calls to connect with potential customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Excellent verbal communication in

English & Hindi

(mandatory). No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence). Strong grammar and pronunciation. Graduates from any stream are eligible.

Freshers and experienced

candidates are welcome. Preference will be given to candidates with

insurance sales experience

or strong

sales acumen

. Knowledge of regional languages such as Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Assamese, Odia, Bengali, or Gujarati will be an added advantage.

Work Mode:

Work From Office

Salary-

upto 35,000 CTC ( based on last drawn salary)

Shift:

Day shift and Rotational shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
