Essential Skills and Experience
At least 1 year of experience in a customer facing role
Possess excellent customer service skills
Possess strong conflict resolution skills
Possess the ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations
SaaS background preferred
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Carry the onboarding and documentation process for the customer.
Develop aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
Handle feedback calls and come up with a strategy to improve customer experience.
Gather information about customer complaints.
Build positive relationships with customers and business associates.
Analyze and track performance-activation, engagement, retention, and churn data.
Design and customize proposals according to client requirements.
