Customer Success Associate

Handling existing customers and ensuring smooth renewals of services/products.

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive retention & loyalty.

Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.

Delivering excellent customer service support to resolve queries and enhance client satisfaction.

Achieving monthly revenue/renewal targets while ensuring compliance with company processes.

Role Details

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales / Customer Service + Sales / Upselling / Renewals

Age Criteria: 24 - 37 years

Qualification: HSC (12th) & above

Night Allowance: ₹100/day

Shift Timing: 11:00 PM - 9:00 AM (Night Shift)

Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
