We are looking for a proactive and analytical Customer Success Associates who shall contribute organization with the focused
Market Research
& structured Feedback mechanism across the Channel Sales funnel of Malpani Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting market surveys, analyzing data from retailer and dealer visits, collecting customer feedback, and identifying market opportunities. This role plays a vital part in supporting product positioning, branding strategies, competitor benchmarking, and identifying new trends in the industry. The candidate should have strong research capabilities, field experience, and a good understanding of consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis & Research
Conduct field visits to retailers and dealers to assess product performance and market trends.
Gather and analyze data on customer preferences, sales patterns, and product reception
Perform in-depth
SWOT
and
competitor analysis

2.
Market Survey & Customer Feedback
Design and execute structured market surveys with the retailers & dealer
Campaign Design & Execution
Collect customer feedback to support product development and improve brand experience
#
3.
Product Promotion & Positioning Support
Provide insights to guide branding and product positioning strategies for the Sales function
Assist marketing team in promotional activities and campaign targeting
#
4.
Market Segmentation & Potential Assessment
Identify target customer segments and assess market potential in existing and new geographies
Provide recommendations for market entry, expansion, or repositioning
#
5.
Product Testing & Launch Support
Coordinate field testing and collect user feedback on new product prototypes
Assist in planning and execution of product launch activities.
Coordinate with Sales and Factory teams to align marketing strategies with product availability, pricing, and sales goals.
Ensure smooth communication between departments to support product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

Trend & Insight Reporting
Track industry and consumer trends and present actionable insights
Prepare detailed research reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal use
Qualifications
MBA in Marketing or related field, freshers can apply
1-5 years of relevant experience in market research, analysis, or field data collection
Strong analytical skills and willingness in hands-on field research
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Willingness to travel for field visits and dealer/retailer interactions
Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Google Forms/Surveys is preferred
