We are hiring

Customer Success Associates

to connect with interested leads and help them choose the right insurance products. This is a

domestic, outbound voice process

role.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and assist potential customers with insurance product details Explain benefits and help them choose the right plan Maintain excellent communication and service quality

Requirements:

Good communication in

English and Hindi

No MTI/RTI or grammar/pronunciation errors

Graduate

from any stream Freshers and experienced candidates welcome Preference for candidates with

insurance or sales experience

HR Round Versant (English test) Written Assessment Operations Round Client Round (Final)

Job Details:

Salary:

?25,000 CTC (Freshers) | Up to ?35,000 CTC (Experienced)

Shifts:

Rotational (Females till 8 PM only)

Working Days:

6 days a week
