Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to international users regarding their accounts, trades, and platform navigation.
Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
Act as the first point of contact (L1) for troubleshooting and general account inquiries.
Ensure a seamless customer experience by adhering to Trade Republic's brand voice and service guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication:
Exceptional English proficiency (
B2 / C1 Level
). Must have a clear neutral accent (No MTI/RTI).
Experience:
Minimum
6 months
in an International BPO environment. Experience in
BFSI
or premium customer support is highly preferred.
Education:
Graduate or Undergraduate (with relevant experience).
