Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for international customers, addressing queries and concerns with professionalism.
Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective resolution within defined SLAs.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer problems.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a seamless and empathetic support experience.
Document interactions and update systems with relevant information.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Graduate (any stream).
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Experience:
Some international exposure (customer-facing role or interaction preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer queries patiently and effectively.
