A key part of your role will be to
onboard customers for payment gateway integration
, ensuring all necessary documentation, configurations, and verifications are completed smoothly. You will also identify upsell opportunities, manage addon activations, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance our offerings based on customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and support requests.
Onboard new clients, guiding them through setup, product training, and documentation for features such as
payment gateway integration
and other addons.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful completion of the payment gateway activation process.
Provide ongoing assistance and support to customers regarding all product features and services.
Monitor account health to ensure customer satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and actively promote addon products.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the sales team to support customer retention and growth.
Work closely with the technical team to share product feedback and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations).
Experience in
onboarding or managing customers for payment gateway integration
is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong proactive attitude with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer engagement tools.
Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
