Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical and customer support

Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
Experience
: Minimum 1 year in an international support role with technical troubleshooting experience
Language Proficiency:
Strong command over English - C1 level or equivalent
Communication Skills
: Excellent verbal skills with no MTI/RTI, grammatical or pronunciation issues
