Customer Success Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical and customer support Resolve customer queries related to products or services Deliver accurate and timely resolutions with excellent customer experience Document customer interactions and follow standard protocols Ensure end-to-end issue resolution and maintain quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Graduate in any stream (mandatory)

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in an

international support role

with

technical troubleshooting experience

Language Proficiency:

Strong command over English -

C1 level or equivalent

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal skills with

no MTI/RTI
