Key Responsibilities:
Handle both chat and voice interactions with international customers
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues effectively
Provide clear and concise information to customers
Maintain a professional and solution-oriented approach at all times
Document all interactions and ensure customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
Experience:
Minimum 6 months in an
international voice/chat process
with
technical support experience
(mandatory)
Communication:
Good written and excellent spoken English skills required
Assessment:
Must clear the Versant language test along with HR and Operations rounds
