1. Role Responsibilities(Intern Responsibilities)
? Assist customers with onboarding and platform usage
? Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
? Prepare reports using Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
? Use internal AI tools to improve productivity
? Conduct product demos and guide customers step-by-step
? Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues
? Maintain documentation and customer update logs
? Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
