About the Role

We are hiring

Customer Success Associates

to join our

Insurance Sales Team

(Motor Insurance, Life Insurance & Health Insurance).

Key Responsibilities

Make

outbound sales calls

to prospective and existing customers

Sell insurance policies

(Motor, Life, Health) based on customer requirements Provide

personalized insurance solutions

and resolve queries Meet

monthly sales targets

and contribute to business growth Maintain strong

customer relationships

and ensure high satisfaction

Salary & Benefits

Salary:

Freshers up to ₹25,000 CTC | Experienced candidates up to ₹35,000 CTC (Max 20% hike)

6 days working

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate degree

(any stream)

Fluent in English & Hindi

(mandatory) Knowledge of additional languages like

Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada

(preferred) Strong

communication and sales skills

Comfortable with

outbound calling

and

insurance tele sales
