Roles & Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be the face of our insurance partners, ensuring customers receive top-tier service. Your duties will include:

Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them understand their insurance policies and benefits.

Query Resolution:

Efficiently handle inbound calls/emails regarding policy renewals, claims status, and premium payments.

Customer Education:

Guide customers through the digital onboarding process and explain complex insurance terms in simple language.

Documentation:

Ensure all customer interactions and data are accurately recorded in the CRM system.

Retention:

Identify customer needs and proactively offer solutions to ensure long-term satisfaction and policy renewal.

Candidate Profile

Education:

Must be a

Graduate

(any stream).

Language:

Must be

Excellent/Fluent in both English and Hindi

(both spoken and grammatical accuracy are crucial).

Experience:

Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving mindset, and a basic understanding of the insurance landscape is a plus.

Interview Process

The selection process consists of five specialized rounds:

HR Round:

Initial screening and cultural fitment.

Versant 6 Certified:

Automated voice and language assessment.

Written Assessment:

To test grammatical proficiency and writing skills.

Operations (OPS) Round:

Detailed discussion on job expectations and technical fit.

Client Round:

Final interaction with the insurance partner.
