We are hiring Customer Success Associates for our domestic insurance process. The role involves outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable Health, Motor, and Life insurance solutions. Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for insurance products.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions (Health, Motor, Life).
Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.
Build rapport and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Achieve assigned sales and service targets.
Maintain accurate CRM entries and follow up with customers as required.
Stay updated on insurance products, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experienced candidates:
6 months to 1 year of experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is mandatory.
Freshers:
Knowledge of any regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Oriya, or Assamese) is preferred.
Fluent English is mandatory for all candidates.
Age
18 to 30 years.
Language Requirements
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
(mandatory).
Candidates proficient in
Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam
will be preferred.
Neutral accent, strong grammar, and clear pronunciation required.
Compensation
Freshers:
?20,000 - ?25,000 CTC
Experienced:
Up to ₹30,000 CTC
