We are looking for a Customer Success Associate who can support customers, coordinate with suppliers, handle basic sales conversations, and keep records updated. This is a hands-on role where you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a great experience for our users.
What You'll Do
Assist customers on WhatsApp/calls with order status, queries, and issues.
Coordinate with suppliers on rates, stock availability, and order updates.
Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely responses.
Handle basic sales conversations with customers (pricing, product info, alternatives).
Maintain clean records of orders, suppliers, and customer interactions.
Escalate issues to city operations or product team when needed.
Track daily tasks like cancellations, delays, and delivery updates.
What You Need
Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English).
Comfortable using apps, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.
Organized and good at follow-ups.
Friendly attitude and willingness to help customers.
Ability to multitask and solve small problems quickly.
